# Löschen Sie das Projekt und fügen Sie es erneut hinzu

Möglicherweise funktioniert die Synchronisierung nicht ordnungsgemäß. Beispielsweise werden keine Aktualisierungen von Zeichnungen, Benutzern, Auftragnehmern oder Aktionspunktaktualisierungen angezeigt.

In diesem Fall erstellt das SnagR-Supportteam zunächst eine mobile Datenbank. Dann löschen Sie am besten das Projekt und fügen es erneut in die SnagR-App ein.

Dies ist fast das Gleiche wie bei einem Computer, bei dem Heilmittel angewendet werden. 😷 Sie müssen einen Neustart durchführen, damit alles wieder normal funktioniert.
