# How do I change password?

Once you logged in, tab on **My Settings**, and save your new password.

When you update your password on website, your **credentials on the device do not get to update.**

What to do? When you attempt with the new password, the app should prompt a message "**re-sync users**". Another way is to login to the device with your old password, sync and login with new password.
