# How to mark the document as "Not in Use"? (New Upgrade)

If you uploaded the wrong document or there is version change of the document uploaded, you are unable to delete the uploaded document. Instead, you can only mark the document as "Not in Use".

Click on the icon and the document will turn into grey colour
