# Developer

Welcome to SnagR! In this short article, we'll take you through the two types of activities you may be engaged through SnagR:

*1) Issue rectification;*

*2) Approve forms or permit submission*

Before that, you may want to get yourself ready on mobile. Install SnagR app from app store or play store, then follow the steps in the video to download the project on your device:

*Issues*

#### How do I see all issue created?

On mobile app, simply go to Menu > Dashboard. It gives you the list of all issues created. See more [here](/en/issues/find-issues/how-do-i-search-issues-on-device).

#### How do I create an issue?

You can create issues on web or mobile app:

#### How do I close an issue?

Once you have closed it as fix, the project team typically receive a daily report for that:

#### How do I generate an issue report?

On the website, simply to go Issue Reporting > [Customised Report](/en/issues/report-and-analytics/how-to-generate-an-issue-report). Apply your filters and click print to PDF.

*Forms*

#### How do I view a form or permit?

You can view, submit and approve forms [via website](/en/forms/submit-forms/how-to-complete-forms-on-website) or [mobile app](/en/forms/submit-forms/how-to-complete-forms-on-device), depending on your preference. When you submit or update forms or permits via mobile app, be sure to [synchronise](/en/faq/get-ready-on-mobile/what-does-synchronise-mean) so that the updates will be visible for relevant parties.

#### How do I find forms or permits?

On mobile app, be sure you are in [form mode](/en/faq/general/what-is-issue-mode-and-form-mode), then simply go to Menu > Dashboard. It gives you the list of all forms that have been assigned to you. See more [here](/en/forms/find-and-edit-forms/how-can-i-search-for-forms).

On the website, simply go to Inspection > Inspection Finder, where you can search for forms by its name, created by, closed by, created date and closed date, etc.
