# How to generate QR codes for locations?

Using the barcode locator on the SnagR app is a very efficient means to locate your exact position in a building immediately. Once [locations have been added to a project](/en/set-up-project/locations-project-level/how-to-set-up-locations-on-drawings) the barcodes are very simple to produce.

Click **Project Administration** in the left menu pane

Click **Barcode Generator** from the drop down menu

You can produce barcodes for specific locations only by filtering locations, or by leaving these blank it will generate barcodes for all locations.

Click **Generate QR code** and wait for the pop out box to display.

This will display the barcodes for all of the chosen locations. It fits 14 locations to each page and is laid out to be printed straight onto a page of white sticky labels.

Print them off and stick one on each location.
