# How to the SnagR Home user cancel a requested appointment?
To cancel a requested appointment please log in to the SnagR Home APP.
**Device**
Click Appointment from the main menu.
Click on the requested appointment and press **Cancel Appointment**.
Enter the **cancel description** and click the **Cancel Appointment** button to confirm.
Done!\
The appointment has been cancelled, you could request another appointment if need.
The appointment cancelled email will send to you for reference.\
