# How to withdraw an appointment?
All the appointment team member(s) are able to withdraw an appointment via the Website.
**Website**
Login to the website, access the **Appointment** page in SnagR Home/FM.
Hover your mouse over the appointment, the red cross will appear on the top right corner, click the **red cross** to request delete.
Click **OK** to confirm the delete.
Appointment deleted.
The appointment cancelled email will send to the owner and the team member(s) for reference.
