How can users activate Two-Factor Authentication?

Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security for SnagR application. It is designed to ensure that you are the only person who can access your account. Users have to provide two different authentication factors to verify themselves to protect the resource that the user can access. Once your account is created, you will receive an email notification like this. Due to advanced password security setting , you will have to click Set New Password and it will brings you to reset password page.

Enter the new password and click Save New Password

Click Login

At this stage, you have to use your device to generate a verification code. Here are the steps of how you generate the verification code: Click “Yes,I’m ready to scan” to scan the QR code

Go to your app store on your iOS or Android device and install any TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) supporting app such as Google Authenticator, 2FA Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator. The steps below are using Google Authenticator as an example
